Y2K9s is thrilled to be hosting Chrissy Joy of The Joy Crew for a day of tricks and dance. Train With Joy will include teaching a number of tricks, how to link tricks together for a performance, and working with props. Chrissy will address tricks to be used in performance, how to use verbal and body cues, and successful use of “ok” and “wait.” Matching music choices to your dog, the human element of dancing with your dog, and flow will be included.
This seminar will benefit freestylers, and anyone who is interested in learning more tricks, and how to link them together effectively.
About Chrissy Joy: You may not know Chrissy, but chances are you have you seen her dogs on the screen. She is a celebrity dog trainer, live performer, studio canine trainer, and educator. Workshop is Sunday August 24 from 9:00-5:00,with a break for lunch.
Cost: $200 for members, $235 for non-members. Maximum working students 8. Auditors are welcome and unlimited. $30 for members, $40 for non-members.
