Advanced Parkour Workshop – Unders and 2 Ft On – Sunday 2:15pm – CJ Hazell

Requirements: This is for dogs who have had some experience with parkour. However, it is not required that the behaviors are fluent to participate in a working spot. Anyone can audit and learn more about these behaviors, which can also be useful for other sports.

Description: We will work on all kinds of unders. It will include working on crawling, low unders, long unders, and horizontal unders among other set ups. In addition we will work on variations of 2 front feet on at different heights, on things that move, and on different textures. We will also work on planks as a variation on the theme.

Cost: $40 for members, $50 for non-members. Limit 8 working spots, unlimited auditing. $15 per auditor.
